Factory Sentinel ™

Our Factory Sentinel ™ production optimization software helps our customers maximize machine performance and operator efficiency. We have developed a system of recording critical process data in a way that allows detailed recall and statistical analysis of production information. Our customers benefit from a completely customized application that meets the exact needs of every person involved in the manufacturing process, while integrating smoothly into existing technology infrastructures. We design useful and relevant graphical interfaces that concisely organize batch information. For example, the Factory Sentinel™ system allows the user to "scroll" through a record of every-single hot press load, viewing such things as product type, critical process variables and graphical charts formatted to the time-period of the press load.

In existing installations, our customers have used the Factory Sentinel ™ system to optimize such things as press cycle time due to hydraulic performance, compression control performance, bottlenecks due to operator inefficiency, thermal system performance, and a variety of other aspects of performance.

The Factory Sentinel ™ allows managers to easily ask complex questions about historical production performance to for such purposes as to identify the cause of quality claims, optimize glue performance, and guide changes in standard operating procedures.
