COVID-19 Policy
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, Neumann Process Control, Inc. will update our policies for the health and safety of our employees, customers and business community. Our policies also reflect our desire to conform to governmental initiatives and guidelines for limiting the spread of COVID-19.
For states and jurisdictions with restrictions or guidelines in place intended to limit the spread of COVID-19, our policy is to conform to the restrictions or guidelines that are in place for the general public except in instances where exceptions are in place for the maintenance of critical industries, and when the services we render are necessary for the continued operation of those industries or for the regulatory compliance with authorities having jurisdiction for those industries.
It remains our mission and privilege to serve our customers through this difficult time. Our policy for visits to our customers’ facilities will be to strictly follow national and local mandates and guidelines for limiting the spread of COVID-19. Conforming to distancing and facial covering rules and guidelines complicates verbal communication, restricts vision through eye protection , and generally affects the efficiency of our in-factory work. We ask for our customers’ understanding that the time required for completing in-factory work will typically be increased when such rules and guidelines are observed, with the possible results of extended equipment shutdowns during equipment service and upgrades, and increased application of time and expenses for our visiting personnel.
